A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We will transfer your website(s) to our topflight cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost data and unnecessary downtime. That is the reason why we will do all that for you for free!We have highly competent administrators whose sole responsibility is to make sure that your site works precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time frame, since there are a lot of variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to transfer your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not large).

A: We’ll need the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the contract that we will have with you as a customer. We are dedicated to protecting the safety of the private details collected from the clients. To do this, we use technical security measures to avoid the loss, the misappropriation, the alteration or the unauthorized disclosure of the private information under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial methods to protect and secure the data that we acquire on the World Wide Web. When we ask customers to submit financial information (such as a credit card number), this info is secured using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

A: Nah. Your site will remain visible online during the migration. Once everything is done on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s OK, all you will need to do is edit your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: While we migrate your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Basically, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
